6. Do you Charge Commissions on FX and Derivatives?

  • FX Trading is Commission free, but a small ticket fee is charged to low volume trades.
  • Exchange traded derivatives (Futures, Bonds) has a competitive commissions added to the Exchange Minor commissions, as an Example if you would like to trade on WTI Future Contract the commission will be 9$ per Lot and the Exchange fee is around 2.5$ per Lot, in total you will pay 11.5$ for such a trade per side. read more

7. What spreads are available on FX and Derivatives?

  • For FX pairs, spreads start at 2 pips for the most traded pairs on which it varies along the all 160 pairs
  • For Futures, trading venue is the exchange on which the spread is variable according to the offer and demand in the market
  • For CFDs, it depends on the type of the CFDs but mainly the market spread takes place on most of them, while a wider spread is implemented on Commodities and inices

8. What leverages is provided over FX and Derivatives?

Leverages are provided according to Banking Standards and vary between each specific product according to its liquidity and volatility indicator. As an example, EURUSD have a leverage of 1:50, while Gold Spot Leverage is 1:16. read more

11. What are the Subscription fees to trade through the FXD platforms?

The FXD Platforms are offered for free of charge, on which live data is active for FX and OTC products, but an Exchange Data fee is applicable when you want to receive live data from such exchanges.

12. How to Transfer Shares certificates to My Stock trading Account?

We only provide securities transfer only in Kuwait stock Traded Listed Companies as follows:

  • Prepare the Stock certificates that you want to deposit in your portfolio
  • Fill and Sign in the Security Deposit Forms (internal form, Exchange form )
  • Deliver the Original certificates and the Forms to our Offices :

  • • Allow 5 – 10 business days for the securities to be deposited in your account

13. How can I Withdraw Security from My stock Trading Account?

We only provide securities withdrawal only to Kuwait stock Market, and you need to follow the following steps:

  • Fill and Sign in the Security Issuing Forms (internal form, Exchange form)
  • Deliver the Original Forms to our Offices :

    Sharq, Ahmad al Jaberst
    Kuwait City
    Kuwait
  • After 5 – 10 business days of process the Stock certificate will be ready for collection from the Kuwait Clearing Co.
  • Note: Issue and transfer stocks certificates fees 5 KD for each certificate

16. How can I withdraw Cash from My Account?

A. On Mutadawil Equities Account:

1. Through the Web Trader:

  • Go to “Account Activity”
  • Click on “ Withdrawal request”
  • Place the “Amount”, and your “trading Password” to confirm
  • Click on “OK”
  • Allow 1 business day to be transferred from our bank account to your registered Bank Account

2. Through the Pro Desktop Trader:

  • Go to “Customer”
  • Click on “ Withdrawal request”
  • Place the “Amount”,
  • Click on “OK”
  • Allow 1 business day to be transferred from our bank account to your registered Bank Account

3. Through Email/Phone:

  • E-mail: send us your account information and the amount needed to customerservice@mutadawil.com
  • Phone: Call us at ourHotline Number 1886000, then choose option #1 for Customer Service, provide our officers with your account number and ask them

4. Note: a withdrawal fee is applicable as follows:

  • KD10 for less than KD500 transfer or equivalent
  • KD 5 for amount great than KD 500 transfer or equivalent
  • KD 10 for each non-KD transaction

17. How to reset my Trading Account Password?

  • From your registered E-mail, send to customerservice@mutadawil.com a message requesting to reset your portfolio access password.
  • Once received, we will reset your password and reply back to your e-mail.
